中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染108例

Treating 108 Cases of Child Repeatedly Respiratory Infection with Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效。方法:108例患者采用阿奇霉素加服中药(黄芪、白术、防风、薏苡仁、苏子、枇杷叶、前胡、薄荷)加减,7d为1疗程,1疗程后评定疗效。结果:108例中治愈88例,有效14例,无效6例。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,可显著提高患儿免疫力,减少复发率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat child repeatedly respiratory infection. Methods： 108 cases were treated in Azithromycin and Chinese crude drugs such as radix astragali, atractylodes macrocephala, divaricate saposhnikovia root, coix seed, perilla seed, loquat leaf, hogfennel root and peppermint. 7 days was 1 course of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated after 1 course of treatment. Results： The curing was 88 cases, effective was 14 cases and ineffective was 6 cases. Conclusion ： The combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine can raise the immunity of children in treat child repeatedly respiratory infection.
