摘要
以穴位电针作为躯体感觉刺激,观察了大脑皮层经穴体感诱发电位与声诱发电位的相互作用。在豚鼠听皮层可记录到电刺激穴位的体感诱发电位以及同时给予穴位电刺激和短声刺激引起的听觉-体感复合诱发电位。听觉-体感复合诱发电位不是独立的听皮层诱发电位和穴位体感诱发电位在听皮层相加的结果,说明这种多感觉信息处理来源于皮层下水平。
The interaction of auditory evoked potential (AEP) and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) which is evoked by electrical stimulation of acupuncture points in guinea pig was observed. Somatosen sory evoked potential in response to electrical stimulation of the acupoints, as well as the auditory-so-matosensory compound evoked potential (ASEP) elicited by electrical stimulation of the points and sound stimulation of the ear simultaneously can be recorded at the auditory cortex in guinea pig. ASEP is interactive, does not simply reflect the addition of respones to separate auditory and somatosensory stimuli, suggesting that such polysensory ioformation processing mny begin at the subcortical level
