Open Style Process Management Mode Construction on Educational Administration at Higher Vocational Colleges

目前高职院校的教务行政管理基本上是二级管理体制,保证二级管理健全运行有必要构建有效的教务管理模式,提出了"开放型过程管理模式",并介绍其在实施操作中的基本经验。

At present in higher vocational colleges,educational administration is basically two-layer management system.It is necessary to construct an effective educational management mode.The paper puts forward an open style process management mode.And it also introduces the general experiences in practice.
