摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作表面活性剂,室温下直接沉淀反应制备LaF3纳米粒子,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和荧光分光光度计进行了结构和光谱表征.结果表明,LaF3纳米粒子呈片状,直径40nm左右,结晶性能良好.
LaF3 nanoparticles were prepared via precipitation of rare-earth trifluoride at room temperature with CTAB(cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide)as the surface activator.The structure and spectral properties of the nanocrystals were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy,powder X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometry.The nanoparticle products obtained were found to be of plate shape with a size of 40 nm and proved to have excellent crystallization properties.
