辛伐他汀对冠心病患者血浆脂联素的影响及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀对冠心病患者血浆脂联素的影响及临床意义。方法将95例冠心病住院患者随机分为常规治疗组、辛伐他汀组及联合治疗组,采用放射免疫法在治疗前后抽血检测血浆脂联素水平。结果各组冠心病患者在8周前,其血浆脂联素水平差异无统计学意义(F=1.23,P>0.05);治疗8周后差异有统计学意义(F=8.79,P<0.05),各组治疗后血浆中脂联素水平明显增高,以联合治疗组增高最明显,其次是辛伐他汀组和常规治疗组。结论辛伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效可能与升高血浆脂联素水平有关。
