神经节苷酯治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷酯(GM1)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法将64例HIE患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用GM1,20mg/次,1次/d,10~14d为1个疗程。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率93.8%显著高于对照组78.1%,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。2组患儿神经症状恢复时间和NBNA评分经统计学处理,均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论GM1治疗HIE疗效好,能促进临床症状缓解,缩短病程,提高治愈率。
