BEIJING Cooking Classes at the Opposite House Learn how to cook Southeast Asian cuisine on Fridays, beginning September I8, at the Opposite House＇s Village Gafe. Every week, from ioam to I2：3opm, Chef Gan will show participants how to prepare a three-course meal, which students can enjoy afterwards with a complimentary drink. A minimum of five participants are required per class, price is RMB 288 per head ＋ I5% and includes a voucher for a complimentary set lunch in the Village Care.
