美国联邦及州政府对营利性院校的管理 被引量:1

摘要 营利性院校在美国已经成为高等教育系统的重要组成部分。联邦政府和州政府各司其职,并通过直接和间接的管理与资助等手段来保证营利性院校的健康发展。其灵活变通的高等教育管理模式,为营利性院校的进一步发展起到了扶持和促进的作用。
