体外循环围术期血浆血管内皮生长因子浓度的变化

The changes of plasma VEGF levels daring cardiopulmonary bypass surgery

目的:观察体外循环(CPB)围术期血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)浓度的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法:运用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测36例CPB心脏手术患者麻醉前、麻醉后、转机前、主动脉阻断30分钟、主动脉开放30分钟、术毕前、术后1小时及术后24小时八个时间点血浆VEGF的浓度。结果:VEGF在麻醉后、转机前与麻醉前基础值相比没有明显差异(P>0.05),在主动脉阻断30分钟开始明显上升,并随手术时间的延长而持续上升,到手术后24小时,与麻醉前基础值相比较虽仍有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),但已出现下降趋势。结论:CPB心脏手术中VEGF浓度的增高,可能对CPB期间缺血缺氧以及缺血再灌注损伤的心肌细胞具有保护作用。

To investigate the changes of plasma vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) levels during open heart surgery. Method: Plasma VEGF levels of 36 patients were determined with ELSIA before anesthesia induction, after anesthesia induction, before CPB, during CPB, after CPB, at operation end, 1 hour postoperation and 24 hours postoperation respectively. Result: The plasma VEGF level increased significantly during CPB and the following processes of the operation as well as postoperation as compared with the level before anesthesia (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but was rept unchanged before CPB (P>0.05). Conclusion: VEGF has protective effects on the myocardium from ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury during CPB.
