基因型与地点及互作对小麦淀粉RVA糊化参数的影响

摘要 试验通过对种植在安徽省10个地点的8个不同强弱筋力小麦品种RVA淀粉糊化特性的分析,研究基因型、地点及互作对淀粉RVA各糊化特性的影响及淀粉RVA各糊化参数的广义遗传率。结果表明,基因型、地点及其互作对淀粉RVA糊化特性的影响均达到显著水平;通过广义遗传力的估算得出淀粉RVA糊化各参数受基因型影响较大,峰值粘度、稀懈值、低谷黏度、反弹值、最终黏度、糊化温度和峰值时间的广义遗传率分别为78.27%、63%、67.37%、70.4%、62.78%、85.08%和69.21%。 Eight wheat cultivars with different intense gluten planted in ten sites in Anhui Province were used for investigating paste properties of starch by Rapid Visco Analyser(RVA) to study the affection on paste properties of starch decided by genotype, location and G x L and the impact of the broad-sense heritability .The results indicated that both genotype and environment had significant influence on paste properties of starch. The influence of starch pasting parameters by genotype is bigger than site through estimating the broad-sense heritability. The broad-sense heritability of Peak viscosity,Breakdown, Hold through, Set back, Final viscosity, Paste temperature and Peak time were 78.27%, 63% ,67.37% ,70.4% ,62.78% ,85.08% and 69.21%.
