泰山沙参中水溶性多糖的提取工艺研究及其含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的优化泰山沙参中水溶性多糖的提取工艺并测定其含量。方法以多糖的提取含量为评价指标,采用回流提取法,通过正交实验研究不同浓度乙醇、提取次数、提取时间、料液比对多糖提取量的影响,并筛选出最佳提取条件。结果80%浓度的乙醇、料液比1:20、提取1次、提取4h为泰山沙参中多糖的最佳提取条件;多糖的含量为22.04%,平均回收率为99.38%,RSD为5.09%。结论本方法简便、迅速,泰山沙参中多糖含量丰富,为泰山沙参在临床用药中的安全性和有效性提供科学依据。 Objective Optimize orthogonal design was used to evaluate the influence of different variables affecting the water soluble polysaccharide of A. stricta subsp. Taishanica's extraction technology and determine the contents. Method Assessment index was extraction determination of quercetin. Orthogonal design method and ultrasonic extraction technology were used for studying the effect of alcohol concentration, rate of solid to solution, ultrasonic time and times for detecting the best extraction technical condition. Result The best extracting technical condition was as follows: 80% alcohol, the rate of solid to solution (1 : 20), extracted for 4 hours every time; the contents in A. stricta subsp. Taishanica was 22.04%. The average recovery was 99.38%, RSD=5.09%. Conclusion The method was quick and simple with good repetition, the content of water soluble polysaccharide ofA. stricta subsp. Taishanica was abundant and the results can provide scientific basis of safety and effectiveness for clinical use ofA. stricta subsp. Taishanica.
