外踝上皮瓣的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF THE LATERAL SUPRAMALLEOLAR FLAP

目的：探讨一种良好的修复小腿下段及足部软组织缺损的方法。方法：采用外踝上皮瓣治疗小腿下段、内踝及足部软组织缺损７例。结果：随访６～３３个月，皮瓣全部成活。结论：该皮瓣血运可靠，切取简单安全，皮下脂肪少，一期手术即可完成，不损伤小腿的主要血管，可有效地修复小腿及足部软组织缺损。
