Henan Found Mining Ltd. , a JV with foreign investors, uses the foreign capital and technology to explore and mine the Shagou Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in Luoning county, Henan province, with a whole process of exploration, mining and processing. The Shagou Ag-Pb-Zn deposit is a veinlet deposit, dipping gently. The company has made a good profit, becoming an model in cooperation with foreign investors. This paper gives an introduction to the development process and achievements of the Found Mining Ltd. , and presents some experience to maximize the capital, to use the foreign management and technology and China ＂s low-cost human resources.
