摘要
目的:探寻静脉翻转后对引导神经再生的影响,为周围神经缺损的修复提供一种新方法。方法:静脉段取出后,先将其内外翻转成一外膜在内,内膜在外的翻转静脉。然后再用此翻转静脉段桥接修复大鼠自体坐骨神经10mm缺损(IOVG)并与常规静脉桥接修复方法(CVG)进行对比研究。术后5个月,进行神经电生理及组织形态学检测。结果:与CVG相比,IOVG组再生神经纤维的数目、髓鞘厚度、纤维直径以及运动神经传导速度均有提高。结论:翻转静脉桥接修复周围神经缺损是一简单而有效的新方法。
Objective: In order to provide a new method to repair peripheral nerve defect, this article detects the influence on nerve regenerating. when using inside-out vein graft to bridge the gaps in peripheral nerve. Methods: Turn the harvested vein segment to bridge 10mm defect of sciatic nerve in rat IOVG, and compared it with convential vein grafe (CVG).By 5 months postoperatively, the quantitative analysis in histology and the nerve electrophysiological test were performed. Results: The number, the mylin sheath thickness and the conduction velocity of the regenerating fibers had been improved in IOVG. Conclusion: Bridging a defect in peripheral nerve with inside-out vein graft is a simple and more effective method.
