通过对比跨国药企的知识产权战略,分析我国药企在知识产权保护方面的差距,为我国医药企业实施知识产权战略提供思路。我国药企不仅要不断地加大研发投入,积极培养新药自主研发与创新能力,而且要制订和运用相应的知识产权战略,以此积极应对与跨国公司在国内外市场上的竞争。

To provide ideas to implement the strategies of intellectual property rights for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. By comparing the strategies of intellectual property rights of transnational pharmaceutical companies, analyzes the gaps in protection of intellectual property rights of pharmaceutical companies in China. Chinese pharmaceutical companies must not only continue to increase investment in R ＆ D,actively promote the capability of the independent R ＆ D of new drug and innovation, but also make and use the appropriate strategies of intellectual property fights ,to actively respond to the competition of the transnational corporations in domestic and international markets.
