北五加皮合剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭147例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 147 Cases of Chronic Congestive Heart-failure by Bei Wujiapi Mixture

根据扶正祛邪的治疗原则，拟北五加皮、人参等药物制成胶囊作为治疗组，以地戈辛作为对照组对１４７例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者进行临床治疗观察，结果显示：治疗组显效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜００１），说明北五加皮合剂的抗心衰作用较地戈辛显著、迅速，其毒副反应两组类同，停药１日后即可矫正，无蓄积作用，而且药少量轻，安全性能好，作为一种速效、短效强心甙类正性肌力口服制剂用于抗心衰，特别是难治性心衰较地戈辛有明显优势。

Clinical observation on treatment of 147 cases of chronic congestive heart-failure by Bei Wujiapi mixture were done,in which treatment of the capsule made by Bai wujiapi and ginseng as treating group,Digoxin as control group. The result showed that The effective rate of treating group is higher than the control group.It indicated that the anti-heart-failure function of Bei Wujiapi mixture was more obvious and rapid than Digoxin,and toxicity and side-effect of the both were similar, and could be disappeared in one day aftet stop using it,with no storing function,small amount and safety.It was value to popularize as a rapid-acting effect cardiac glycoside positive inotropic oral preparation to anti-heart-failure,especially have an obvious advantage in treating refractory heart failure.
