大飞机复合材料技术引领纤维产业发展的思考

The Thinking of Commercial Airplane Composites Technology which lead Fiber Industry to Develop

以波音、空客两大商用飞机制造公司复合材料技术现状为例,就纤维复合材料在大型飞机中的应用技术进行阐述与分析。表明大型飞机中纤维复合材料的用量已成为评价航空技术先进程度的一项重要指标。结合我国大飞机项目在纤维产业方面所面临的问题,提出一些思考。

The amount of fiber composites applied in the commercial airplanes becomes an important index to evaluate the advanced technology of aviation industry. This article is written based on the presentation of Professor Xiaosu Yi in the Intemational Conference of Chemical Fibers in June 2009. Through analyzing current composites applications in aviation industry by the two world-leading aircraft manufacturers, Airbus and Boeing, he pointed out the problems of our national strategy of developing large commercial aircrafts, and proposed some solutions for our chemical fiber industry.
