剖析教师身份认同转变——对一位中学英语教师的个案研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对一位中学英语教师的个案研究,揭示了优秀教学源于教师完整的身份认同,指出促使教师身份认同从完整转变为分裂的根源是机构压力,教师不得不为了应试而教及教师缺乏改变现状的勇气,提出教师身份认同转变即恢复完整教师身份认同的根本途径在于减轻教学压力及教师拥有主观改变的意愿。
