间位芳纶/LFR紧密纺纱技术的研发

摘要 介绍了间位芳纶和LFR的性能特点,分析、改进了间位芳纶/LFR紧密纺纱的工艺流程和技术要点:前纺时并条工序应采用较小定量,开清棉工序宜采用"短流程、少抓勤抓和多松少打"原则等多项技术措施;后道细纱工序时优选集聚张力为1.05,集聚气流压力高于常规8%~10%和负压值约1300kPa时纤维的积聚效果最好,对积聚前胶辊进行防静电处理,可消除绕花现象。结果表明,紧密纺纱的成纱质量和生产效率都得到了提高,充分体现其优越性。 The article describes the capabilities and features of meta-aramid and LFR. The process flow and its technical essentialities are analyzed, i.e. the quantity in the drawing process should be small; and the key points of the open and cleaning process should be simplified process, light but frequent plucking, loosing instead of beating the materials. Optimum fiber accumulation could be achieved when the gathering tension was equal to 1.05 in the spinning process, the gathering air pressure was 8 - 10% higher than the atmosphere pressure, and the negative pressure became 1300 kPa. After Antistatic treatment, it is easy to clean the remaining aesthetical irregularities. The result proves that the compacting spinning has improved the yarn quality and production efficiency, clearly demonstrating the superiority of the process .
