摘要
目的:定量研究增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)患者玻璃体中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的含量,阐明bFGF在PVR中的作用和影响。方法:双夹心酶联免疫吸附技术测定正常对照组20只眼、PVRC组35只眼、PVRD组26只眼和单纯玻璃体出血组25只眼患者玻璃体内bFGF含量,以及PVRD病人(15例)血清内bFGF含量。结果:①玻璃体内bFGF含量:对照组median5.20ng/L,quartile15.47ng/L;PVRC组median3.12ng/L,quartile10.48ng/L;PVRD组median46.56ng/L,quartile113.96ng/L;单纯玻璃体出血组median1.40ng/L,quartile6.25ng/L;PVRD组玻璃体内bFGF含量明显高于对照组,也高于PVRC组和单纯玻璃体出血组(各P<0.01);②PVRD组血清内bFGF含量:(18.33±3.39)ng/L;PVRD组玻璃体内bFGF含量明显高于其血清含量,P<0.01;③玻璃体内bFGF含量与裂孔面积的关系:在PVRD组,裂孔大于15mm×15mm组bFGF含量较高(P<0?
Objective: Quantitative study of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in vitreous of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR), to state the result and influence of bFGF in PVR. Method:The high sensitive sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique (ELISA) was used to measure the level of bFGF in vitreous of normal group 20 eyes, PVRC group 35 eyes, PVRD gruop 26 eyes, vitreous hemorrhage group 25 eyes (no vascular proliferative retinopathy) and in serum of PVRD patients (15 cases). Results:①The bFGF level in vitreous: normal group median 5.20ng/L, quartile 15.47ng/L; PVRC group median 3.12ng/L, quartile 10.48ng/L; PVRD group median 46.56ng/L, quartile 113.96ng/L; and vitreous hemorrhage group median 1.40ng/L, quartile 6.25ng/L. The bFGF level in PVRD group was significantly higher than that in normal group, PVRC group and vitreous hemorrhage group (P<0.01). ② bFGF level in vitreous and serum of PVRD group: The bFGF level of serum was mean (18.33±3.39)ng/L; the bFGF level of vitreous in PVRD was significantly higher than that in serum (P<0.01). ③ bFGF level in vitreous and PVR risk factor:bFGF level was significantly higher in bigger retinal break group in PVRD group. Conclusion:The result implied that bFGF play an important role in PVR.
