摘要
目的:研究下颌切牙在缺少尖牙支撑情况下,自行调整的特征。方法:以26名需要拔除第一双尖牙进行矫治的牙源性双颌前突病人作为研究对象,平均年龄13.6岁。采用片段弓技术远中移动尖牙,以X线头影测量方法,研究下颌切牙在缺少尖牙支撑情况下,自行调整的方式和位置,观察时间为6个月。结果:下颌切牙自行调整方式主要是以根尖端为旋转中心,作舌向倾斜移动,并伴有轻微的牙槽骨向的压入移动;且下颌切牙调整后的结果位置为垂直位置(1MP:90.6°)。结论:证实了下颌切牙直立位置对正畸治疗的必要性和重要性。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of physiological drift of mandibular incisors without canines supporting. Methods: The sample consisted of 26 cases of bimaxillary protrusion (dental) at a mean age of 13.6 years. These cases were necessary to extract all first premolars in orthodontic treatment. Every sample was following up for 6 months after moving canines distally by segmental arch technique. Measurements were made using cephalometric analysis. Results: The pattern of lower incisors physiological drift was mainly controlled tipping lingually about their centers of rotation at its apex, companied with intrusion in a limited. The resulted position of mandibular incisors physiological drift was at upright over basal bone (〖]1 to MP:90.6°). Conclusion: It further evidences that placing the mandibular incisors upright over basal bone is necessary and important in orthodontic treatment.
