摘要
通过对连续监测法检测血清中ALT测量过程的分析,确定并简化测量不确定度的来源;采用不确定度A类评定和不确定度B类评定方法,量化各不确定度分量;计算合成不确定度与扩展不确定度。当ALT=66.5 U/L时,连续监测法检测血清中ALT的扩展不确定度为U=3.81U/L(K=2,置信水平95%);在各不确定度分量中,由标准品所引入的测量不确定度分量所占比重最大。依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》可对连续监测法检测血清中ALT的测量不确定度进行合理评定。
To discuss the methods of estimation of uncertianty in measurement in detecting of ALT in serum by continuous monitoring procedure.To confirm and simplify the sources of uncertianties in measurement arising from analysing the process of the detection of ALT in serum by continuous monitoring procedure;Quantifying individual uncertainty components,which were combined to give a combined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty.The expanded standard uncertainty of detecting of ALT in serum by continuous monitoring procedure can be reasonably estimated according to JJF1059 -1999.
