针对目前国内进口棉花人工进行重量鉴定存在的缺点,采用单片机技术研制的棉花重量鉴定及数据管理仪,具有自动称重并进行数据管理、统计的功能。其主要特点是传感器、A/D转换器的选用,称体抗冲击的设计,通过IC卡和RS232两种方式实现仪器与PC机之间的数据传递。

Based on the disadvantages of present manual weight inspection of imported cotton,the authors has designed and developed an weighing instrument by employing the technology of single-chip microcomputer.It can weigh automatically and manage the weight data.Function,working principles,hardware structure and software design are introduced.The hardware design features are the usage of sensor and A/D converter,anti-collision design of weighing body,data transmission between instrument and PC by means of IC and .RS232 ,the design of high reliability and low power consumption.
