摘要
为了进一步了解尿石基质在结石形成中的作用,提高结石溶解速度,采用分类溶解法对泌尿系结石基质及其溶解进行了扫描电镜观察。结果发现基质有地毯状、苔藓状、织网状和木耳状4种存在形式,均由短纤维侧向连结而成。基质溶解剂可逐渐溶解基质,显露出深层的晶体,为晶体溶解剂提供新的反应界面。
Observing the urinary calculus matrix and matrix dissolution with scanning electron microscope,carpetlike matrix,lichenoid matrix,reticular matrix and arboreal funguslike matrix were found,the morphology of the stone matrix being different from the conventional concept.The result showed that the matrix slows down the dissolution of crystals.Only after the matrix is destroyed,the dissolution of calculi could then be accelerated.
