肾窦内肾盂切开弹道碎石治疗鹿角形结石的临床研究

Intrasinusal pyelolithotomy with ballast lithotripsy in the treatment of staghorn calculi

为评价经肾窦内肾盂切开气压弹道碎石治疗鹿角形结石的疗效，采用此方法对２７例患者进行治疗。结果：结石总排净率为９３．４％，明显高于ＥＳＷＬ及ＰＣＬ（Ｐ＜０．０５），多项分肾功能指标手术前后无差异性（Ｐ＞０．０５），手术出血量少于肾实质切开术，比较有统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：该术式结石排净率高，对分肾功能无明显影响，术中出血及手术并发症少。

To evaluate intrasinusal pyelolithotomy with ballast lithotripsy in the treatment of staghorn calculi,the procedure was carried out in 27 cases. The efficacy was determined as based on stone free rate, perioperative renal function and bleeding volume during the operation. The total stone free rate has been 93.4%, being significantly superior to ESWL and PCL (P<0.05). There were no statistical differences of renal function pre and after the procedure. The bleeding volume of the operation was less than nephrolithotomy.The procedure was claimed to yield a high stone free rate with less effects on renal function and fewer complications.
