摘要
针对传统纯硬件电路或单片机系统中参数适应性差和运算能力不够等问题,提出设计基于DSP的半导体激光器驱动系统,采用电路设计和程序算法设计相结合,对半导体激光器的工作状态进行实时监测,快速响应,提高了半导体激光器工作的稳定性和可靠性。系统集成度高、功耗小,具备防浪涌冲击和断电过流保护措施,输出电流在0~3A之间连续可调,电流稳定度达到10^(-3)级。
In this article the control system for laser diode based on DSP was designed. With the circuit design and the programmed control, the system carried on the real-time monitor control to laser diode's active status, effectively solved rapid reaction question in the process of real-time control, further enhanced the laser diode work stability and reliability. In the system the current output continuously adjustable current between 0-3A and its stability achieved 10^-3 level.
