人非小细胞肺癌rasP^(21)和CD_(44)的表达及预后的相关性

rasP^(21) and CD_(44) Expression in NSCLC and Their Relation to Prognosis

目的：探讨人非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）rasP21和CD44的表达及与肿瘤分化、转移及临床分期的相互关系。方法：用免疫级化LSAB法检测的例NSCLC的rasP21和CD44表达。结果：rasP21的阳性率随临床分期的升高而增加；有淋巴结转移肺癌的CD44阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者；rasP21与CD44表达两者之间无直线相关性。结论：NSCLC出现rasP21与CD44阳性提示不良预后。

Objective:To study rasP^(21) and CD44expression in NSCLC and their relation to differentiaton metastasis andclinical stage,Methods:The expression of the rasP^(21)and CD44in 46 cases of NSCLC was examined by means of immunohistochemicalCD44 is positively correlated to the metastatic rate in lymph node;There was no signifcant correlation between rasP^(21)and CD44 expression.Conelusion:RasP21 and CD44 expression correlates with poor progosis of NSCLS.
