摘要
变极性MIG/MAG焊工艺又称CP(Cold Process)冷焊工艺,主要用于0.2~2mm的薄板(钢、不锈钢、铝、镀层板、异种金属)和有磁材料的焊接,可以手工焊和自动焊。该方法显著地提高了焊接速度,减少了对母材的热影响和焊接变形。论文介绍了变极性MIG/MAG焊工艺的波形设计、熔滴过渡以及实际应用。
Variable polarity MIG/MAG welding procedure is also called Cold Process (CP) welding,which is mainly used to weld thin plate of 0.2 mm to 2 mm including carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum alloy,galvanized plate,dissimilar materials.It is also applied with manual welding and automatic welding.The welding speed is increased,while the HAZ and welding distortion are reduced.The waveform design, metal transfer and industrial application of variable polarity MIG/MAG welding are introduced in this paper
