摘要
钛合金具有密度小、比强度高、抗腐蚀等优点,其焊接件广泛应用于航空航天、军事、化工等领域,如果将钛合金焊缝晶粒细化,就会显著提高其力学性能,降低超塑性温度,提高钛合金材料服役性能,从而扩大其应用领域和范围。综述了电磁搅拌,变质处理,脉冲焊接,电弧超声等细化钛合金焊缝晶粒方法的国内外研究现状。说明超音频脉冲焊接及电弧超声焊接是具有发展前景的方法。
Titanium alloys were wildly used in the field of aerospace,military,chemical industry and so on because of their low density,high strength and good corrosion resistance.If the grains in titanium alloy welded joint were refined,its mechanical properties were significantly increased, and the superplastic temperature can be also lowered,so the service performance of titanium alloys joint will be improved and the scope of application will be expanded.Research status at home and abroad on electromagnetic stirring,modification treatment,pulsed welding, arc ultrasonic tungsten inert gar arc welding which were used to refine the grains were summarized in the paper,then the ultrasonic tungsten inert gar arc welding and super audio pulse tungsten inert gar arc welding were thought the most promising technology.
