摘要
海洋平台在建造过程中,桩腿和齿条等关键部位使用A514钢板,有限元分析表明,桩靴部分是焊缝承受外力最大的部位,在高应力的作用下,焊后容易出现裂纹。分析了裂纹产生的原因及裂纹性质,对补焊的焊缝制定了较详细的TIG焊熔修工艺,并对焊缝进行TIG焊熔修,防止了裂纹的产生,获得了良好的焊接效果。
In construction of ocean platform,A514 steel plate is widely used in some important structure,such as pile shoe and gear rack.Finite element analysis shows that weld of pile shoe bears the greatest external stress.Crack is easy to initiate and spread under the high stress. The crack characteristic was analyzed and its repairing with TIG welding was proposed and carried out.This method can be successfully used to repair the welds in platform and obtain the crack-free weld.
