脑缺血卒中后内源性神经再生的调节机制

摘要 脑缺血性卒中目前仍然是临床治疗难点,随着神经干细胞研究的逐渐深入,激活内源性神经干细胞和移植外源性干细胞已经在试验卒中动物上取得一定成功治疗,特别是内源性神经干细胞的激活与脑损伤的程度,功能锻炼和不断变换的丰富多彩的环境,生长因子,神经炎性反应等许多因素都有密切的关系。本文就近年在该领域的研究成果做一简要综述。
