甲状腺Hurthle细胞肿瘤26例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 26 patients with thyroid Hurthle cell tumor

对2002年1月至2007年12月本院收治的26例甲状腺嗜酸性细胞肿瘤进行回顾性分析。其中25例为单发结节，仅1例为多发。术中快速切片和常规石蜡切片全部确诊为良性。行患侧腺叶切除加（或）峡部切除术均取得满意效果。中位随访时间37个月（9个月～6年）未见复发或转移。

Twenty-six patients with thyroid Htirthle cell tumor （HCT）were analyzed retrospectively. A single nodule was found in 25 cases and multl-nodules only in one patient. All of them were diagnosed as HCT by both frozen section and paraffin section examination. Unilateral thyroidectomy（lobectomy）plus（or） isthmectomy were performed surgically and all patients recovered satisfactorily. No recurrence was found after a mean of 37 months follow-up（9 months-6 years）.
