颈椎间盘突出致脊髓半切综合征两例报告 被引量：4

摘要 脊髓半切综合征可由多种病因引起，最常见的如脊髓外伤、椎管内髓外肿瘤及血肿等。颈椎间盘突出导致脊髓半切综合征的临床报道较少，至今英文文献仅检索到26例，国内更鲜有报道。我科2008年1月和4月收治两例因颈椎间盘突出导致脊髓半切综合征患者，对其临床特点及诊断治疗经验报告如下。
