兔气管支气管铸型标本制作方法

The preparation of tracheobronchial casting mould in experimental rabbits

目的探讨兔气管支气管铸型标本的制作方法,为兔气管或支气管相关的医学研究应用提供参考。方法用自凝牙托水和牙托粉混合增塑剂灌注气管内制作日本大耳白兔气管支气管树铸型。结果日本大耳白兔气管树铸型外观完整美观,保持正常解剖形态和位置,充分显示和暴露气管、主支气管和叶支气管等分布,各气道饱满,气道粗细适当,标本色泽鲜艳。结论通过自凝牙托水和牙托粉混合增塑剂灌注气管可以成功制作兔气管、支气管树铸型标本,标本显示的气管、主支气管和叶支气管分布对气道的相关医学研究具有应用价值。

Objective To discuss the preparation of tracheobronchial casting mould in experimental rabbits so as to provide useful references for the related medical researches. Methods The casting mould of tracheobronchial tree was prepared by pouring the mixture of self-coagulating dentistry water, self-coagulating dentistry powder and plasticizer into the airway of Japanese big ear white rabbit. Results The appearance of the tracheobronchial tree was intact and artistic, the normal anatomical status was preserved and the trachea, main bronchi and lobar bronchi were fully displayed. Conclusion The casting mould of tracheobronchial tree can be successfully prepared by pouring the mixture of self-coagulating dentistry water, self-coagulating dentistry powder and plasticizer into the airway of Japanese big ear white rabbit, which is very helpful for the related medical researches.
