CIN和宫颈浸润癌中Livin、Survivin的表达与意义

Expression and significance of Livin, Survivin in CIN andcervical carcinoma

目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin、Survivin在CIN和宫颈癌中的表达与意义。方法采用免疫组织化学和原位杂交法分别检测Livin和Survivin在81例宫颈癌、74例CIN、20例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况，并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果Livin、Survivin在正常宫颈组织中不表达、在CIN和宫颈癌中表达上调，并随CIN级别和肿瘤临床分期的升高、组织分化程度的降低、淋巴结转移而上升（P〈0．05）；与宫颈癌的病理类型、肿瘤生长类型无关。二者在宫颈癌中的表达有相关性。结论Livin、Survivin在CIN和富颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用，与肿瘤的恶性程度及不良预后有关，可成为宫颈癌的合适瘤标和基因治疗的新靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Survivin in CIN （cervical intraepithelial neoplasia） and cervical carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry for Livin and in situ hybridization for Survivin were performed in 81 cervical carcinoma, 74 CIN and 20 normal cervix tissues. And their relationships with clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results Livin, Survivin were seldom expressed in normal cervix tissue, and were up-regulated in CIN and cervical carcinoma tissue. The overexpression of them were related with higher grades of CIN, higher clinical stages, lower histo - differentiation, and advanced lymphnode metastasis in cervical carcinoma（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. They were not associated with pathological types and tumor growth types. There was a correlation between Livin and Sur- vivin in cervical carcinoma. Conclusion Livin and Survivin may play an important role in the development of CIN and cervical carcinoma. They also imply malignant degree of tumor and poor prognosis, and can be served as suitable tumor markers and new targets for gene therapy of cervical carcinoma.
