早期血液滤过联合腹腔镜在治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的应用

摘要 目的探讨早期血液滤过联合腹腔镜治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的有效性和安全性。方法对42例SAP病人中24例在入院72h内行短期静脉血液滤过＋腹腔镜下手术并置管，此为治疗组（SL组）；18例作常规非手术治疗对照（N组）。结果对比2组的病死率、治愈率、治疗后腹痛消失、腹胀减轻时间、住院时间和费用、治疗后APACHEII评分变化情况，治疗组（SL组）均优于对照（N组）（P〈0．01），SAP并发症发生率治疗组（SL组）均低于对照（N组（P〈0．01）。结论SAP早期血液滤过联合腹腔镜治疗有利于及早控制病情，提高疗效。
