他汀类药物预防心房颤动

Statins in prevention of atrial fibrillation

摘要 他汀类药物的多效性作用使其在心房颤动的预防中发挥重要作用。他汀类药物通过改善血管内皮功能、减轻炎症反应、减少氧自由基生成、抑制神经激素激活等作用机制使形成心房颤动的病理基础减少。大量临床研究结果表明他汀类药物可减少心房颤动的发生。 The pleiotropic effects of statins make it play an important role in the prevention of atrial fibrillation. Statins may decrease the pathological substrate of atrial fibrillation through the mechanisms of improving vascular endothelial function, alleviating inflammatory reaction, decreasing oxidative stress, and inhibiting neurohormonal activation. A large amount of clinical studies showed decrease the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.
