摘要
HBV感染是一个严重的公共卫生问题，HBV相关性终末期肝病的最佳治疗手段是肝移植，而肝移植术后的乙型肝炎复发是影响此类患者预后的重要因素之一。如何有效、安全、价廉地防止乙型肝炎复发是亟待解决的问题。此文就HBV相关性终末期肝病肝移植后乙型肝炎复发防治措施的国内外研究进展作了综述。
HBV infection is a severe public health problem, liver transplantation is optimal therapy for HBV-related end-stage liver disease. However, hepatitis B relapse is a leading factor on the prognosis of the patients after liver transplantation. There are some problems to be solved that how to prevent and control hepatitis B relapse with efficient, safe and economic therapy. This review aims to the update in prophylaxis and treatment of hepatitis B relapse after liver transplantation.
