血流感染的若干研究进展

血流感染有着较高的发病率和病死率。近年来，血流感染病原菌的耐药性及分布存在着变迁。随着地区、年龄、基础疾病等的不同，血流感染的病原菌分布情况也不同。社区获得性血流感染的病原学亦有异于医院血流感染。此文就近年血流感染的流行病学及病原学研究进展进行综述。

There are high morbidity and mortality among the patients with bloodstream infections（BSI）. In recent years, antimicrobial resistance rates and distribution of bloodstream pathogens are changing, according to the difference of geography, age and risk factors. There are also pathogen differences between community-acquired BSI and nosocomial BSI. In this article, the research progress of epidemiology and etiology is reviewed.
