摘要
采用XRD、OM、SEM和EDS等手段研究了Sb对Mg-6Al-1.2Y-0.9Nd镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,该镁合金中加入0.5wt%-2.0wt%的Sb后,合金的显微组织得到细化,Sb优先与RE形成以Sb3Y5或YSb为主的高熔点弥散颗粒质点。在研究范围内,随Sb含量增加,合金的常温和高温力学性能略有升高然后降低,最后又升高;而合金的伸长率呈现先降低后升高的趋势。合全的拉伸断口为具有塑性特征的准解理断裂。
Effects of Sb on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Al-1.2Y-0.9Nd magnesium alloy were investigated by optical microscope,SEM and X-ray diffraction.The results show that,with the addition of 0.5%~2.0% Sb,the microstructure of the alloy after T6 treatment is refined,and dispersed RE-Sb phases with high melting point,which are mainly Sb_3Y_5 or YSb phase,forms preferentially.Tensile strength of the alloy at ambient and elevated temperature firstly increases,then decreases,finally increases again, and elongation firstly decreases,finally increases with the increase of Sb content. The fracture of the alloy is quasi-cleavage failure with plastic characteristics.
