摘要
本文在考察中国教育管理学科生存现状基础上,分析学科发展羁绊,思考学科命运,呼唤谋求这一学科的学术繁荣与积累。中国教育管理学科建设要在整合资源的基础上走规范化和多元化的道路。
On the basic of investigating the survival status of Educational Administration in China, this paper analyses fetters that prevent the subject development, reflects the fate of this subject and calls for its academic prosperity and accumlation. The construction of Educational Administration in China needs to take a regulated and diversified approach based on resource integration.
