摘要
用钛、锆化合物同己二酸对羊毛纤维进行阻燃处理,并用热分析、剩碳率、氧指数、扫描电镜(SEM)等对所得到的阻燃羊毛纤维的热降解行为进行了研究.实验证明:经过阻燃处理的羊毛纤维热降解温度比未经处理的下降,剩碳率、氧指数和降解反应活化能升高,阻燃性能增强.
The thermal property of wool treated by the flame-retardant synergistic system, K2ZrF6(K2 TiF6) and dicarboxylic acids was studied by thermal analysis, char yield, scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and the limiting oxygen index(LOI). The wool treated with flame-retardant reagents shows increases in LOI. Char yield and activation energy, and decrease in the temperature of decomposition, compared with the untreated wool.
