中华豆芫菁的触角感器与类型分布 被引量:6

摘要 中华豆芫菁Epicauta chinensis Laporte是我国的特有种,其触角雌雄差异很大,表现在感器类型和数量分布既有共性又有明显差异,揭示其规律对于了解该昆虫的生物学功能具有重要意义.本文首次报道中华豆芫菁触角感器由6类11种组成,其中毛形4种、锥形2种、耳形2种、腔锥形1种、B hm氏鬃毛形1种、芽孢形1种,此外还有大量表皮孔存在.这些感器在触角各节的类型分布不同,数量也有差异,常常表现为雄性多于雌性;根据触角感器组成类型及其分布区域,初步推断了它们的作用和功能. There is great difference of antenna between male and female adults of Epicauta chinensis Laporte. Common and distinct features in distribution of sensilia types and quantity exist between male and female, therefore, elucidation of the pattern may play an important role in understanding their biological function. Observation by scanning electron microscope revealed eleven types of sensilta, including six types of sensilla trichoid, two types of sensilla chaetica, two types of sensilla auricillica, one type of sensilla coe- loconica, one type of B6hm sensilla bristles, one type of sensilla gemmiformium, and cuticular pores were present on the surface of antenna. Quantity and distribution of sensilla varied with the position of antennal segments. Most male antenna observed in this study had more sensilla than female antenna. The biological function of sensilla of Epicauta chinensis Laporte was discussed according to their type and distribution pattern.
