摘要
目的观察氧化电位水对细菌杀灭效果及其对细菌超微结构的影响,以探讨其杀菌机制。方法悬液定量杀菌试验法及透射电镜观察。结果50mg/L氧化电位水作用10min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率在99.99%以上;150mg/L作用10min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率也达99.99%。透射电镜下可见细菌细胞壁结构发生疏松、有皱褶、断裂等改变,核质出现不均一变化,固缩,核膜结构模糊,核心溶解,胞内物质缺失成空壳。结论氧化电位水对细菌有较好的杀灭效果,使细菌超微结构破坏。
Objective To study the trastructure of microorganisms in order to know germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water its disinfection mechanism. Methods Suspension and the changes in ul- quantitative germicidal test and transmission electronmicroscopic observation were carried out. Results The killing rate of Escherichia coli(8099) and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to electrolyzed oxidizing water containing available chlorine 50 mg/L for 10 min was over 99.99 %, and of Bacillus subtilis varniger exposed to the disinfectant containing available chlorine 150 mg/L for 10 min was also 99.99%. Transmission electronmicroscopic examination found that after exposed to the disinfectant the cellular membrane of microorganism turned loosely and roughly, and ruptured; the nuclear region was uneven, pyknotic, and collapsed; the nuclear membrane became indistinct, and core of nucleus lysed; the cellular material markedly lost .Conclusion: Electrolyzed oxidizing water has a good germicidal efficacy and can destroy the uhrastructure of bacteria and spores.
