摘要
新中国成立60年来,我国建筑业迅速发展,特别是改革开放后的30年,建筑施工技术也随着突飞猛进。主要表现在机械化、工厂化、预制装配化、专业化施工水平有了很大提高,模板、脚手架、预应力施工技术有了很大发展,钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构和装饰工程施工技术不断创新,建筑节能和绿色施工愈来愈得到重视。60年来我国建筑规模和施工技术发展的速度,在全世界可称首屈一指。
Within the 60 years after the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China, building industry has witnessed a fast development in China. Especially within the 30 years after the application of reform and opening-up policy, building construction technologies have made great strides on the following aspects, such as obvious improvement of mechanization, factory production, prefabrication and professional construction level, great development of templet, scaffold and prestressing construction technologies, continuous innovation of reinforced concrete structure, steel structure and decoration engineering construction technologies and increasing emphasis on energy-saving building and environmentally-friendly construction. Within the 60 years, domestic building scales and construction technologies have experienced a fast development, realizing outstanding performances in the world.
