摘要
针对传统车辆称重方法的局限,开发了一种车载式电容称重传感器。文章从结构设计、称重原理对电容称重传感器进行了介绍,重点讨论了其静态特性测试过程,并根据试验数据,从非线性、重复性、迟滞性等方面进行了误差讨论,给出了迟滞补偿办法。
In order to slove the limitation of traditional method of traffic weighing, a kind of traffic capacitance weighing transducer is developed,In this paper,the device's structure design and easuring principle are Introduced, and measuring process of static characteristics is discussed mainly. On the basis of testing data, error analyzing is done from nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis, and the correction method of hysteres is presented at last.
