摘要
瓦斯严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产。利用单片机ATmega128L和瓦斯传感器KGS-20研制了1种煤矿瓦斯预警装置,它使用方便,可以安装在矿井巷道内,亦可随工作人员随身携带。工作人员可以通过LCD显示屏MzLH04直观的了解当前环境下瓦斯的体积分数,当周围瓦斯体积分数超过预设值时该装置会发出声光报警。经实验表明,该装置具有检测瓦斯体积分数精度高、速度快、工作稳定、成本低、使用方便的优点,能够有效的保障煤矿的安全生产。
Gas is a serious threat to the safety of coal production. Developing a coal mine gas pre - warning device with MCU ATmega128L and gas sensor KGS - 20, it is easy to use, can be installed in the tunnel of mine, also can be carried arotmd by staff. The workers can know the concentration of gas in the current cir- cumstances through the LCD display, MzLH04, the device sends out sound and light alarming when the con- centration of gas is beyond the default value. The experiment shows that the device has the advantage of detection accuracy, speed and stability, low cost and ease of use, and can effectively protect the satety oi coal production.
