乳杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

Effect of live Lactobacillus preparation combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的:探讨乳杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法:将120例确诊为老年性阴道炎的患者随机分为两组。实验组60例,使用乳杆菌活菌胶囊(定君生)与甲硝唑联合用药;对照组60例,单纯使用甲硝唑。结果:两组疗效比较,实验组60例,治愈42例(占70%),有效16例(占37.7%);对照组60例,治愈12例(占20%),有效20例(占33.3%)。两组对照,经统计学处理P<0.05。差异有统计学意义。结论:使用乳杆菌活菌胶囊与甲硝唑联合用药治疗老年性阴道炎是一种有效、安全的方法。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of live Lactobacillus preparation combined with Metronidazole on patients with senile vaginitis.Method Total 120 patients with senile vagnitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in the research group were treated with live Lactobacillus preparation combined with Metronidazole,and 60 patients in the control group were treated with Metronidazole only.Results In the research group and the control group,the cure rate was 70%（42/60） and 20%（12/60） respectively, the effective rate 37.7 % and 33.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy is an effective and safe method with lower replase rate.
