腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的护理

Nursing of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

目的：探讨腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术围手术期的护理。方法：回顾性分析2007年5月-2008年9月52例腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者的临床资料,对围手术期护理经验进行总结。结果：本组手术时间为20-90min,住院时间（2-9d）,术后24h可离床活动。术后出现仅有轻微疼痛,术后并发症9例,其中尿潴留5例,阴囊水肿3例,暂时性神经感觉异常1例。术后随访3-18个月,无1例复发。结论：腹腔镜疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝安全、有效的新方法,做好围手术期的护理对降低和预防术后并发症及术后复发具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Method From May 2007 to Sep 2008,52 cases receiving laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy were analyzed retrospectively and perioperative nursing experience was summarized.Results The operation time ranged from 20 to 90 min,the hospital stay lasted 2～9d.The patients could act leaing their bed 24h postoperatively and the pain was minimal.Postoperative complications occurred in 9 patients,including 5 with acute urinary retention, 3 cases with scrotal edema and 1 with temporary nerve paresthesia. The postoperative follow -up lasted from 3 to 18 months, and no recurrent case was found. Conclusion Laparoscopic repair offers a safe and effective method for inguinal hernia. Careful perioperative nursing is very important for decreasing recurrence rate and preventing postoperative complications.
