妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中AngⅡ与AT_1R的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of placenta AngⅡ and AT1R in the patients of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及其Ⅰ型受体(AT1R)在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者及20例正常妊娠妇女胎盘组织中AngⅡ及AT1R的表达。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组与正常妊娠组比较胎盘组织中AngⅡ表达明显升高(P<0.01)。妊娠高血压组、轻、重度子痫前期组胎盘组织中AngⅡ表达逐渐增强,各组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压疾病组胎盘AT1R表达水平显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01)。轻、重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中AT1R表达强度明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。AngⅡ的表达与胎盘重量及新生儿体重呈负相关(r=-0.244,P<0.05;r=-0.347,P<0.01)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中AngⅡ、AT1R表达水平的变化与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病情发展有关。 Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of Ang Ⅱ and AT1R in placenta from patients with hyper tensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods : The expressionof Ang Ⅱ and AT1R were detected in placental from 60 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 20 normal pregnants women by immunohistochemistry. Results : The expressions of Ang U in the placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were significantly increased compared with that in normal pregnant group (P 〈0. 01 ) . The expressions of Ang Ⅱ of placenta in gestational hypertension, mind pre - eclampsia and severe pre - eclampsia groups were gradually increased, there were significant differences among them ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Levels of AT1R expressed in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were higher than that in normal pregnant group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . The Ang Ⅱ expression of placenta in mind and severe pre - eclampsia patients were higher than that in normal pregnancy group ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Negative relationship was shown between the expression of Ang Ⅱ and the weight of placenta and neonate ( r = - 0. 244, P 〈 0.05 ; r = - 0. 347, P 〈0.01 ) . Conclusion: The changes of expressional levels of Ang Ⅱ and AT1R are related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive.
